Synopsis: After the events in DC's Legends crossover a new Justice League is formed. Led by Batman the team roster includes Martian Manhunter, Black Canary, Captain Marvel, Mister Miracle, Blue Beetle, Guy Gardner, Dr. Fate, Dr. Light and Oberon. As Maxwell Lord IV watches in secret as this new team come together. How does he fit into this new Justice League. What are his plans?
Synopsis: The Justice League investigate why Dr. Light has a Signal Device when no one in the new league gave her one. Meanwhile Dr. Fate has a discussion with the mysterious Gray Man. As three super beings (The Silver Sorceress, Wandjina and Blue Jay) attack a nuclear missle complex in Bialyan and the Justice League fly over to difuse the crisis.
Notes: This issue features the first time Guy Gardner calls Captain Marvel Captain Whitebread.
Synopsis: The Justice League remain close to Bialyan airspace while deciding how to react to the events inside Bialya. Maxwell Lord drops by the Justice League HQ to introduce Booster Gold to the team.
Notes: This is the 1st appearence of Booster Gold in Justice League.

Synopsis: The Gray Man transforms Stone Ridge, VT into a strange dreamland as he faces off against Dr. Fate. Meanwhile, Guy Gardner and Batman face off over control of the League, leading to Batman knocking out Gardner with a single punch. As the League goes to investigate Stone Ridge, the find the Creeper already on the scene.
Synopsis: The Creeper accompanies the League into Stone Ridge, which is under the power of the Gray Man. The Gray Man possesses Captain Marvel in order to attack the rest of the League. They break the Gray Man's hold over Marvel, but are defeated by the Gray Man himself. Dr. Fate transports them to another plane, leaving the Martian Manhunter to tend to the injured Captain Marvel.
Synopsis: Dr. Fate and the Lords of Order dispatch the Gray Man. Guy Gardner bumps his head, leading to a startling personality change. Maxwell Lord and Oberon reveal the new status for the Justice League as an international force sanctioned by the United Nations. The UN's approval is secured when the League disables a powerful weapon based on a satellite, with video footage shown around the world. However, the origins of this satellite are suspect.
