Hard-Traveling Heroes: The Next Generation

Letters Column: Ringside

Kyle Rayner finds Green Arrow Connor Hawke in San Francisco and asks for his help in finding his father. Connor's friend Eddie Fyers says he remembers working with an Aaron Rayner while in the military. He finds his most recent address: Lincoln, Nebraska.
When they stop at a diner, the local deputy asks them to leave for "disturbing the peace." Kyle starts a fight, to Connor's chagrin.
At the address, a woman answers the door and says Aaron sold her the house and moved to Desolation.

Green Lantern (1990) TPB

Ganthet, Green Arrow (02), Green Lantern (02) and Parallax appear only in flashbacks.

Continues in Green Arrow (1988) #110.

Cover is an homage to Green Lantern (1960) #76 by Neal Adams & Jack Adler.

Hal Jordan and Green Arrow Oliver Queen visited Desolation in the previous series. During Gerard Jones' run of this series, Desolation had been renamed Hope Springs and became part of the Mosaic on Oa (see "Green Lantern (1990) #1"), but this change is ignored (retconned) here.
