Synopsis:
In this alternative look at the events of Rise and Fall of the Shi'ar Empire instead of Prof. X going into the M'Kraan Crystal it is Vulcan who tumbles into the nexus of reality. Vulcan confronts the guardians of the Crystal, and comes out with the power of the Phoenix. Vulcan uses that power to wreck havoc through out the universe, and now he is headed toward Earth.
