Synopsis:
This is the House of M, an alternate world where mutants rule the planet. Luke Cage tells his origin story. He takes revenge on his long-time rival Willis Stryker and decides to set up his own band to take down the mutants. He enrolls the aid of people who have been downgraded by mutants: heroes such as Hawkeye, Iron Fist, Moon Knight, Mockingbird, Turk Barret and Tigra. Luke's activities catch the eye of the local police, and a human detective wants to point out to mutants that humans aren't useless. He makes a plan to recruit someone he's sure can arrest Cage: Misty Knight!
