Fast Friends?

Kyle Rayner and the Flash Wally West attempt to prove to the other that he is not needed in order to defeat Sonar. They eventually decide to work together. Wally grabs Sonar by the collar and the three costumed men race to break the sound barrier. Once it is broken, Kyle places Sonar in a sound-proof prison.
