In Keystone City, Sonar attacks City Hall. The Flash tries to stop him, but Sonar leaves the battle victorious.

While sketching on his roof, Kyle is knocked over by a sound wave. He finds Sonar in Times Square. The Flash confronts Kyle and tells him to stand down.
