Synopsis:
Intetsu and the rest of the students in the dorm learn that the Kaieda Agency is far larger in scope than they thought. It doesn't take long for the Agency to call in all the police from the surrounding areas in an attempt to cordon off the building.

The bikers of the area aren't going to take it lying down though, and stage a daring diversion to give Mai and Intetsu a chance to escape. But with the police and Kaieda's agents everywhere, is there anywhere safe in Tokyo where they can hide?
