The AD Police computer technicians have managed to finally decode the memory module left behind after the Boomer fight in issue one. But no sooner have they figured out the encryption routines than a mech, piloted by the mysterious, seizure-prone man, assaults the AD Police building with intent to steal it.

Nene is able to radio for help, and Priss shows up with her Motoroid to answer her distress call. A moment's hesitation, however, when she recognizes the pilot of the mech allows him to get the upper hand in the fight and escape with the module...
