Synopsis: In 2020 Professor Renolds completes 15 years' work constructing his super computer. Renolds summons the World Council, which following a test declares, "Your electronic computer has the greatest intelligence imaginable! From now on it will be the governing ruler of Earth!"
As expected from Lee, Kirby and Ditko, this is not just another cliched super-computer rules the world story.
