Southpaw has been terrorizing New York City only to be brought down by the New Warriors. She's paralyzed by an Okinawan Nerve Pinch and cries out for her lawyer.
Meanwhile, Jen Walters goes out on a date with John Jameson only to be interrupted by Nova crashing into a building, causing chaos all around him. She calls into work sick so that she can sign autographs.
Back at the office, they start to compile information about the Big House, where Southpaw has been locked up. The Big House is a superhuman prison where villains are miniaturized. At the prison, the Mad Thinker has come up with a plan to free a tenth of the prison population and suckers Southpaw into it.
Later that day, Holden and She-Hulk arrive at the Big House to talk to Southpaw. They take her out of the field in the mess and the inmates start their escape plan. During their meeting Holden reveals that Southpaw is his granddaughter, and that's why they've dropped everything to defend her. Holden intends on having Southpaw released by levying a lawsuit against the Big House and having his granddaughter released to She-Hulk's custody.
