Story Arc(s):    Add/remove story arcs to this issue

A bomb has exploded at Star Plaza, killing dozens of people, and the only clue as to who caused the explosion is a 911 call saying "Anarky has come to Star City." Ollie, unhappy with sitting by the wayside, takes to the streets, beating up thugs and looking for Anarky. The two find each other, but Anarky insists that he was not the man who placed the bomb. The two team-up in hopes of finding the real bomber, first linking this explosion with two other occurrences. After fixing a destroyed answering machine, the two are led to the headquarters of the true terrorists. Arrow and Anarky take them down and Anarky disappears, leaving Green Arrow to reflect on the night.
