Synopsis:
Arsenal has been kidnapped by the Riddler of all people and it's up to the combined efforts of the Green Arrows, Speedy and Outsiders to find him. Nightwing puts in a call to Batman to triangulate his tracking signal, leading them right to the Riddler. However, that's exactly what he wants them to do. He sends waves of robot guards after the group, forcing Team Arrow to split off while the Outsiders distract them.
Inside the base, Riddler traps Speedy and Conner inside a narrow hallway with Drakon. On the other side of the door, Ollie is shot in the shoulder by Riddler, who subsequently beats him with a baseball bat. After trapping Drakon within Shift, Conner and Mia run to save Roy and Ollie but narrowly miss Riddler.
The teams fly back home, but right before they can get back into their home, the whole thing explodes. The last two pages reveal that the entire ordeal was a combination of efforts between Brick and Deathstroke.
