Synopsis:
Due to the murders at the construction site, both Green Arrows have taken to protecting it so that no one else gets hurt unjustly. As the two attempt to get to the bottom of the murders, the company building the Star Center instead hires an assassin to kill the beast that caused the murders. While on patrol, Green Arrow finds the monster himself and manages to kill it with a grenade arrow. But, then he turns around only to find 3 more monsters.
