Synopsis:
Although it appeared like Green Arrow was killed again in the previous issue, it is apparent that the Spectre saved him (again). Hal explains to Ollie what he went through after their Hard-Travelling Heroes bit. He explains that he was the one who raised Ollie from the dead. Together, they enter heaven. There he meets Deadman, Flash II and, ultimately, himself in 10 years. Or, rather, he meets his soul.
