Synopsis:
Culp reveals himself to Opal city. Although he's a dwarf, he radiates an intense stature. Culp announces that they're going to start publicly executing his hostages on television, starting with Jack. When he advances towards Jack with a knife, Jack is saved by Adam Strange. He sets his friends free and they all escape to regroup in another place.
