Synopsis:
Cyclops and Phoenix discover Cable trapped in his own mind during meditation. He has been locked on the Astral Plane by the psionic ghost of his mother, Madeline Pryor. Journeying through the events of her life in hopes that her son will join her to destroy the X-Men, Madeline's hold is eventually broken and Cable decides to rejoion his "true" family.
