Following his confrontation with Amazo, a voluntarily less-powerful Hourman sets out to meet with Amazo's creator, Dr. Ivo. Questioning him on Amazo's true nature, Ivo informs Hourman of Tomorrow Woman, who defied her programming and became a hero. Resurrecting her for the span of one hour, can Hourman learn what it takes to make a hero, and to see if one can truly overcome their programming?
