Marvel Knights: 4 and Four
These titles need to be linked and issues 28 and 29 removed from Marvel Knights: 4.

While we're at it, the following need to be moved over if the Amazing Spider-Man format is how this will work (which, really, is how it should be):
And that's just off the top of my head.
Code: Select all
Old Title Issues New Title
Adventure Comics (1935) 1-11 New Comics
Adventure Comics (1935) 12-31 New Adventure Comics
New X-Men: Academy X (2004) 20-26 New X-Men (2006)*
Swamp Thing (1982) 1-38, 43-45 The Saga of Swamp Thing (1982)
The Fury of Firestorm (1982) 60-82 Firestorm (1987)
X-Men (1991) 114-156 New X-Men (2001)**
*Needs to be unlocked
**Needs to have previous workarounds removed
And that's just off the top of my head.

Here's some more:
Code: Select all
Old Title Issues New Title
Aquaman (2003) 40-42 Aquaman: Sword of Atlantis (2006)
Hawkman (2002) 50-51 Hawkgirl (2006)**
Legion of Super-Heroes (2005) 16-17 Supergirl and the Legion of Super-Heroes (2006)**
Marvel Knights Spider-Man (2004) 23-25 Sensational Spider-Man (2006)**
Superman (1939) 424-649 Adventures of Superman (1987)**
Adventures of Superman (1987) 650-652 Superman (1939)**
**Link only
Ok, I've made all of the above changes with the exception of Superman/Adventures of Superman - the question being should the issues starting with 650 be with the 1939 title, or a new 2006 title? The reason I ask is that the Superman of the 1939 title ended with the "Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow" story. Does it make sense to count these new issues as part of that run?

Hold on a minute, Chris (although it appears to be too late). I thought DK and you and I had already discussed in e-mail that we weren't changing over the One Year Later title changes until it was actually one year later, because it wasn't clear whether the name changes were anything more than a story-driven ruse.IndieRockLance wrote:Here's some more:Code: Select all

There's no reason to believe, at present, that what is today called Hawkgirl won't revert to Hawkman at the conclusion of 52. Same with all these DC titles. Nothing about these changes suggests anything "permanent" has been done to the title itself, else DC would've just started over with #1s. The only exception to this was Superman #650, for which we seemed to be leaning towards creating a new title, Superman (2006). precisely because it was the blending of two titles (AOS and Superman) into one.

So what if it does? New X-Men was a temporary change that reverted once Morrison left the book (discounting those two Austen issues). Does that make it any less of its own title?
You can't have a double standard on this just because it might change back after 12 issues. Even if it does, it's still a title of its own and people who would like to catalogue their copies of Hawkgirl shouldn't have to figure out that their issues fall under the Hawkman title even though the indicia and title are completely different.
