Franklin Richards

I'm trying add Franklin Richards to an issue of The Thing (#4), and I can't find him in the list of characters. However, if I try and add him as a character, it won't let me, because he already exists. Any ideas?

I have no idea why, but apparently someone gave him the codename "Tattletale."

OK, that was his codename when he was in Powerpack. I think he should default as Franklin Richards and have an alternate identity of Tattletale. Psi-Lord would also be an alternate identity.
