Bio:
Joe Martino started his career in comics as a self publisher in 1996, He successfully published, wrote and lettered 4 issues of Shadowflame and penciled 2. He has also done pin ups for various comics including The Intruder, Doc Behemoth and CyberGen. Pinup work includes Image’s Invincible issue 14 and Trinity comics The Wraith. Joe has also had a pinup in the Uncanny Dave Cockrum Tribute Book opposite Neal Adams. He has been working on his new projects that include Ripperman and a relaunch of his Shadowflame character in 2005. Joe is also a freelance cover artist and letterer.

In 2003, Joe co-formed the short lived ICE Press. When that venture went south, he dedicated himself to the full time creation of comics and has decided to let someone else do the publishing. Ripperman was released in October 2004 through Chanting Monks Press. Ripperman: Fates Warning is now in the works and will hopefully see shelves the middle of 2006.
