Bio:
Originator and pioneer in the field of limited edition sculptures based on comics, and pop-culture icons. Primarily noted for the innovation "mini-busts" and statues of characters from films (Star Wars,Aliens, Predator, X-Files, and others) as well as characters from comic books. he is considered by many to be the "Father of Comics Statues" having produced sculptures from virtually every major comics and pop culture venue in the United States.

Notes:
-Bowen's sculpture of Superman was a fixture on the set of the comedy series: Seinfeld. Bowen himself played a walk-on role in the infamous: "Puerto Rican Day" episode.

- Many of Bowen's creations are worth well over ten-times their original retail price.

-In the 1990's Dark Horse Comics published Bowen's Comics: "The Decapitator". Though the comic reached the top 100 comics, Bowen decided to focus on creating sculpture.
