Also Credited As: Garadts, Evert Bio: Evert Geradts is a Dutch comics artist living in Toulouse, France. One of the founders of the Dutch underground comix scene, he started the influential magazine Tante Leny Presents, in which appeared his first Sailears & Susie stories. He is a disciple of Carl Barks, whom he names “the Aesop of the 20th century.” Over the years Geradts has written about a thousand stories for Dutch comics of Donald Duck and other Disney characters. He also writes stories for the popular comic series Sjors & Sjimmie and De Muziekbuurters.
