Turk Barrett is a low-level criminal who operates out of Hell's Kitchen, New York. His feeble attempts of moving up through the ranks of organized crime has caused him to cross paths countless times with Daredevil and the Kingpin. He once wore Stilt-Man's armor in an attempt to gain some "street cred" but like everything else, failed miserably at being a super-villain.
