A young boy with glasses and always carrying his trusty baseball bat, Wally claims to be an incarnation of God. Wally has acted as an adviser to Supergirl (03) several times. He bears a resemblance to the Carnivore, a (voluntarily) Fallen Angel who is supposedly Wally's opposite.
