Bio:
David along with his brother Bobby grew up in an extremely abusive household which led to all sorts of problems for David later in life. After dropping out of college, he hooked up with the Church of Human Potential, run by the mutant hating William Stryker. Subsequently, thanks to his involvement in the church, he was lured into volunteering for the Weapon X Program, which turned him into a completely mindless killer cyborg that was to be used in an effort to wipe all mutants off the face of the Earth.

As the Weapon X program was able to use DNA from any subject of its choosing to replicate the powers of said subject, David, in his mindless cyborg form, was sent into space to attack the Hulk in hopes that Weapon X would be able to obtain his blood to create a subject with the strength of the Hulk. Unbeknownst to the Hulk, Weapon X was actually successful in this operation, which would later lead to the creation of Weapon H.

After the Hulk mostly destroyed David in his cyborg form, he kept part of him in stasis fluid which allowed him to grow back his facial skin, allowing the Hulk to identify him. He was also able to identify the powers of Logan, Sabretooth, Warpath and Lady Deathstrike, which allowed him to track them down and team up with the soon to be newly formed Weapon X team to take down The Weapon X Project and Stryker before they could fully implement their plans to wipe out mutants from the face of the Earth.
