Spider-Woman (Marvel)(Ultimate)
Real Name: Jessica Drew.
Search for 'Spider-Woman (Marvel)(Ultimate)' on Amazon

Bio:
Jessica Drew was cloned from Peter Parker's DNA by the CIA. She was meant to become a super-powered agent of the government while a team headed by Ben Reilly attempted to create a stronger human genome through cloning (in other words, by looking for a comparable version of the Super Soldier Serum). However, she escaped from the program when Carnage escaped from its holding cell prior to the CIA team being able to rewrite her memories with those that they intended her to have. She later saved Peter from being arrested by S.H.I.E.L.D. and took him to Ozcorp so that they could stop the deranged Peter clone from hurting Mary Jane. She later took the name Julia Carpenter in Ultimate Mystery 2 and became a doctor working for Roxxon corporation. Other Roxxon operatives revealed that she was an impostor.

In Ultimate Doom 4, Jessica accepted Carol Danver's job offer and became an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Calls herself Black Widow as of All-New Ultimates #1.
