Master Mind Excello (Marvel)
Real Name: Earl Everett
Search for 'Master Mind Excello (Marvel)' on Amazon

Bio:
Returning from an assignment in Europe, Mastermind Excello telepathically sensed spies plotting on board. This led to a confrontation with Kadash, a Sovernian agent who headed a spy ring planning to plant bombs under every major city. Naturally he thwarts this scheme. Excello took on a gang of railway saboteurs led by Borovich. From that point on, Excello was never heard of again and faded away into time. [1] [2]

Earl Everett was a telepath and a skilled fighter. He also utilized a number of advanced (for the time) gadgets, including exploding fluid and suction cups that allowed him to climb walls.
