Bio:
Was the Vice-President of Roxxon Oil. At a press conference in California, alongside Jennifer Walters (The She-Hulk) and Sheriff Walters (Jennifer's father), announced the large theft of oil from Roxxon's West Coast refineries. As a result, Roxxon was under intense pressure from the government as well as financially from the petroleum market, causing Roxxon to near a breaking point. Most believed it to be a hoax to drive up the price of oil.

In reality, Nick Trask, a gangster and foe of The She-Hulk, had been using a gigantic piece of equipment called the Silver Serpent (Trask was a fan of snakes) to steal the oil. It was his plan to drive Roxxon bankrupt, take control and then, in his words "rule the world behind the scenes". She-Hulk was able to defeat Trask and announce the truth, restoring Roxxon's good name in the process.
