Kiber the Cruel (Frederick Kiber) Real Name: Frederick Kiber Search for 'Kiber the Cruel (Frederick Kiber)' on eBay Powers: Kiber could absorb psionic energy. He usually absorbed the entire consciousness and life forces of other human beings after these victims' bodies had been turned into living energy by his energy converter. However, Kiber could also drain psionic energy from a telepath who established mental contact with him. It is known that the psionic energy that Kiber absorbed temporarily increased his physical strength. Weaknesses: Kiber was dependent on the continual absorption of psionic energy to stay alive, and he believed that as long as he absorbed such energy, he was potentially immortal.
