Real Name: Matvei Rodor
Search for 'Zuggernaut' on Amazon

The Zuggernaut's basic form is that of a tentacled, blob-like creature. To achieve greater mobility, it can merge with a human being to become a large, purple, bipedal monster possessing superhuman powers. After merging, the Zuggernaut shares consciousness with its human host.

In its merged, monstrous form the Zuggernaut possesses superhuman strength, superhuman leaping ability, and great resistance to physical injury. The Zuggernaut can generate explosive energy within itself which it can release from its mouth in the form of a fireball. The Zuggernaut can also project energy blasts from the jewel-like feature on its forehead. It also uses its long claws as weapons.

The Zuggernaut can revert to its human host's normal form at will. In its tentacled form, the Zuggernaut can communicate telepathically; in its merged form, it can speak aloud.

An alien force of incredible power, it landed on earth and merged with Matvei Roder. This brought it into conflict with the Soyuz and the Ronnie Raymond/Mikhail Arkadin version of Firestorm, who defeated it. The Zuggernaut entity left the body of Matvei, and may be able to return.
