Powers:
Flight, and power to control those of pure South & Central American native decent. Can also read and speak the ancient languages of South & Central American native languages.

Weaknesses:
When his armor was destroyed by fire, he apparently lost all powers

Bio:
The man who would become "Feathered Serpent" led an archaeological team in Mexico, searching for the fabled lost pyramid of Kukulkan. He was successful, and obtained the sacred armor of Kukulkan, which gave him the ability to read and speak the ancient native languages, and also control those of pure native bloodlines.

Notes:
Reincarnation of the feathered serpent-god, Kukulkan/Quetzalcoatl. Or at least, he thinks he is.
