Bizarro (DC)(Post Crisis)(Lex Luthor creation)
Real Name:
Search for 'Bizarro (DC)(Post Crisis)(Lex Luthor creation)' on eBay

Bio:
By-product of Project Cadmus' (read: Lex Luthor's) efforts to clone Superman into the person that eventually became known as Conner Kent, the first post-Crisis Bizarro died in his initial appearance (just like the first pre-Crisis Bizarro). He was replaced by yet another clone, with the implication that there were more waiting should that one fail, too.

Each of these clones had a genetic flaw that generally led to its death. These "Cadmus Bizarros" eventually just faded from the Superman narrative when the Bizarro (04) version, created by the Joker and Mxy, proved more interesting to writers. However, even as late as 2005, the idea of this type of Bizarro resurfaced in the odd story here and there.

Notes:
Since these initial post-Crisis Bizarro characters were all derived from the same source, without significant variation, they'll be treated in this database as a single character.

First Appearance: The Man of Steel (1986) #5
