Bio:
When the President decided to establish the Office of National Emergency in order to create an efficient entity dealing with the growing superhuman threats, General Demetrius Lazer was his first choice for the position of Director. Having begun his 31-year career in the service of the United States military when he entered the U.S. Military Academy in West Point at age seventeen, Lazer eventually graduated with honors, and has since served his country in a variety of positions. The General's underhanded dealings with Johnny Dee led Johnny to backstab him, killing him remotely while Lazer was being interrogated by Valerie Cooper.
