Powers: Like other Celestials, Nezarr is a total enigma, the level of whose physical power is unknown, probably immeasurable.
Nezarr has the ability to create illusions in the minds of other beings. Nezarr has an extraordinarily advanced knowledge of genetics and mathematics.
Bio: As a member of the Fourth Host of the Celestials, Nezarr appeared in Siberia in the Soviet Union. Nezarr was targeted by an atomic missile directed by General Greshkov of the Soviet Army. However, Nezarr projected illusions in the minds of Greshkov and the firing crew that the missile had turned back on them, and the resulting mental trauma put all of them into comas.
It was revealed how Nezarr, as a member of the First Celestial Host, created Earth's first Eternals.
Alongside the assembled Fourth Celestial Host in Peru, Nezarr confronted and opposed the Asgardians, the Uni-Mind, Thor, and the artificial life form known as the Destroyer animated by Odin. The Destroyer cut Nezarr's arm off with the Odinsword, but he re-grew it almost instantly. After the battle, Nezarr and the Fourth Host left Earth.
Nezzar was shown to have had some involvement in the creation of the Brethren.
Nezarr was also among the delegation of Celestials who waged war against the Watchers.
