Bio: A former smuggler turned mercenary, working for Baron (Heinrich) Zemo until Zemo's defeat and death at the hands of the Avengers. At the urging of the Enchantress, was subjected to Zemo’s ion treatment (the same method that made Simon Williams into Wonder Man). Worked along the Enchantress for a while, and later with the Swordsman. Later fought Luke Cage (also named Power Man). Lost most of his early strength when it was stolen by Count Nefaria, leading him to later become the Smuggler.
