Standard Kryptonian/Daxamite abilities

Kryptonite (pre-TMK-era), lead (TMK-era)

A Kryptonian youth who was Kal-El’s babysitter, also escaped the planet’s destruction; he arrived on 20th Century Earth only to be a juvenile delinquent who made life miserable for Superboy. Later, he travelled to the 30th Century where he reformed and was ultimately invited to join the Legion of Super-Heroes in Adventure Comics #320 (May 1964); however, he turned down the offer to pursue a career with the Inter-Stellar Counter-Intelligence Corps.

When the Crisis (CoIE) finally hit the 30th Century (several years after CoIE), Dev-Em was revised as a criminal Daxamite.
