She depends on moonlight for her powers. Bio: Stacy Macklin was an astronaut in the NASA space program. She was transformed into a Jekyll-and-Hyde personality when she was struck by the moonlight reflected by a space capsule —- one that had been altered during a mission where it had passed through the tail of a comet —- which bathed her in the radiations from the comet. Now Stacy Macklin periodically transforms into Lady Lunar to embark on criminal activities.
