Lady Lunar can control gravity and possesses hypnotic powers.

Lady Lunar sleeps during the day and is only active at night. She depends on moonlight for her powers.

Stacy Macklin was an astronaut in the NASA space program. She was transformed into a Jekyll-and-Hyde personality when she was struck by the moonlight reflected by a space capsule - one that had been altered during a mission where it had passed through the tail of a comet - which bathed her in the radiations from the comet. Now Stacy Macklin periodically transforms into Lady Lunar to embark on criminal activities.
