Bio: Virtually nothing is known about Azrael's origin, save that he is an alien whose spaceship crash-landed in Alaska in an undetermined past. The ship lay buried in ice until scientists from S.T.A.R. Labs recovered Azrael's frozen body and revived him. The angel-like alien possessed no memory of his past and did not even remember his own name. Later, he met the New Titans and Lilith (II), with whom he fell deeply in love. Although Lilith's feelings for him were not as strong, the two became close and the winged alien became an ally of the Titans. When Lilith departed to search for her parents, the alien was tricked by the Church of Blood into believing that he was Azrael, the angel of Death. After serving Brother Blood for some time, Azrael realised that he was duped and made it his mission to watch over the villain. He was not to be seen for years, but later assisted the Titans during the Technis Imperative conflict, when their former teammate Cyberion threatened Earth. Azrael's currents activities are unknown.
