Powers: Houngan uses a computerized voodoo doll which analyzes a victim's cell structure from a sample DNA and then creates a biotic link between itself and the intended victim. Houngan uses a electronic stylus placed on the doll's surface to focus the pain into the same area of the intended victim.
Bio: Jean-Louis was born in Haiti, and as a young man immigrated to America to study computer science. He returned to Haiti when his father became deathly ill, and found that no doctor could help his father. The last resort was a houngan, also known as a voodoo master, and Jean-Louis watched in fascination as the medicine man completely cured his father. He devoted every waking hour to studying the ancient art. Within two years he could call himself a master Houngan, but unlike his teachers, he merged the ancient voodoo rituals with modern computer science. He used his computerized voodoo doll to do this.
