Wore Mark II Armor.

Bio:
Former KGB agent, former partner of Titanium Man (Boris Bullski) + Darkstar + Griffin (Johnny Horton), son of Ivan Petrovitch, served as special agent in Russia, given armor to return Black Widow and Ivan to USSR, sent to Siberian work camp after failed mission.

In Moscow, when Yuri was 5 years old, Western agents seemingly offered Ivan Petrovich a deal (including a sum of cash) to join them. Ivan refused. Later, the same men attacked Ivan and his family, killing Ivan's wife and kidnapping Yuri. It was later revealed that these killers and kidnappers were actually Russian agents with the KGB. Yuri was misled into believing that Ivan had his family "taken care of" in order to join the West. He sought revenge as the Crimson Dynamo.

Also referred to himself as "The Outcast." First appeared as Yuri in The Champions #7 and as Crimson Dynamo in #8.
