Torque (DC)
Real Name: Dudley Soames
Search for 'Torque (DC)' on Amazon

Bio:
Lieutenant Dudley Soames was probably the hottest contender for title of 'most corrupt cop in Bludhaven' - quite an achievement considering the reputation of that particular police force. He was the liaison between the police and criminal Blockbuster, but when Nightwing arrived in town, he used the vigilante to play both sides off each other. He was eventually discovered and Blockbuster twisted his head around 180 degrees. Miraculously, he survived and lives a backwards-facing life having sworn revenge on both Blockbuster and Nightwing. He managed to escape from jail with the help of the easily-fooled Tad Ryerstad. Soames planned to kill Tad after their escape, but instead was killed by his intended victim.
