Powers:
Lazon has the ability to turn himself into a form of living light, gaining the velocity and effects of any form of light (white light, laser light and so forth) that he chooses.

Bio:
After being released from prison, Lazon spent a great deal of time in light form cruising the galaxy, but he became lonely for his former League of Super-Assassin teammates and returned to Earth. He served as an enthusiastic member of the LSV, eager to complete any mission as quickly as possible, always racing the other. His is not very bright and usually has to be assigned work, but once he is on a job, he rushes to finish it.
