Irene "Rain" Harper Search for 'Irene "Rain" Harper' on eBay Bio: Rain Harper fled from her abusive father, claiming that he had raped her to who all would listen. She first fled, via hitchhiking, to Niagara Falls, then to the campus of Ball State University, before moving into the abandoned Reichuss Manor in Seattle, in which several other youths were squatting. There, she found a passageway into the Court of Secrets, and the Juris demanded that she serve as witness to the trials of various spirits being judged. After they condemn one of the youths who has raped another occupant of the house, but not before revealing the high degree of sexual abuse he suffered in his brief life, she fled with the other remianing inahbitants to San Francisco, where she discovered that she was still unable to avoid the Juris when she was needed.
