Tabur
Real Name:

Bio:
Tabur was a member of the New Men, a group of animals given human intelligence and human like forms, created by The High Evolutionary. Tabur fled the New Men when Man-Beast led a revolt against the High Evolutionary, and soon came into conflict with Tigra.

Soon after Tabur somehow made his way to the Land Within, the home of the Cat People, and slew their leader, becoming the new ruler of the Cat People. When Tigra sought help from Agatha Harkness to help her with her ever growing problem of becoming more feline instead of human, Harkness tried to summon Balkatar, the champion of the Cat People to help. Tabur answered the summons instead and attacked Harkness.

He then reverted Tigra to her more human form, intending to take her as his mate, but she resisted, and alongside Harkness fought him. Harkness was able to cast Tigra's cat-soul in Tabur, which reverted him to his original form as a harmless cat.
