Aristeas of Marmora
Real Name: Aristeas
Search for 'Aristeas of Marmora' on eBay

Bio:
Aristeas was a semi-legendary Greek poet and miracle-worker, a native of Proconnesus in Asia Minor, active circa the 7th century.
Two hundred and forty years after his death, Aristeas appeared in Metapontum in southern Italy to command that a statue of himself be set up and a new altar dedicated to Apollo, saying that since his death he had been travelling with Apollo in the form of a sacred raven.

In DCU continuity, Apollo was another name used by Dream of the Endless and it was he that Aristeas served during the 240 years of his death. At this time, Dream allowed Aristeas to return to Earth as a man for one year. At the end of the year, and after commanding the alter and statue built, Aristeas returned to the form of a raven and returned to the Dreaming with Eve.
