Powers:
Milan had the ability to convert brainwaves into electromagnetic energy and vice-versa. He could use his mutant ability to psionically transfer mental impulses into electromagnetic video images, and communicate with machinery through direct interface.

Bio:
Milan was one of the Acolytes who helped kidnap Moira MacTaggert, until she was later rescued by the X-Men. He later died on Avalon, the homebase of the Acolytes, when Holocaust attacked it in X-Men v2, #42.
