Bio:
Recently, a mysterious woman calling herself the "Red Queen" has emerged, manipulating long-time X-Men enemy Empath and a so-called "Hellfire Cult". When the X-Men locate and enter the Cult's hideout, the Red Queen slips away unseen. But afterward, she takes on the guise of Cyclops' current love Emma Frost (while still wearing the Red Queen's dominatrix-style costume) and seduces him. Later, Cyclops is surprised at the sight of a familiar woman observing him from a distance, but loses her amongst a crowd; Scott tells Emma that the woman he saw was Madelyne. Almost simultaneously, the Red Queen is shown in Madripoor, recruiting Chimera into a new group, the "Sisterhood of Mutants". With Martinique Jason (recruited before the Cult's exposure) and Chimera accompanying her, the Red Queen recruited Spiral and Lady Deathstrike into the Sisterhood as well.

Madelyne and the Sisterhood approach Lady Mastermind, who is at a graveyard mourning her father. Madelyne promises to resurrect Regan's father; Regan's sister, Martinique, begrudgingly confirms this as true. Regan joins the Sisterhood
