Iron Munro
Real Name: Arnold Raymond Munro
Search for 'Iron Munro' on Amazon

Powers:
"Iron" Munro possessed superhuman strength, but its exact level is not yet known. He could run 70 miles per hour or more and could cover one eighth of a mile in a single leap. He was highly resistant to injury, and it would take a bursting shell or more to penetrate his skin. Since he was still growing in 1942, his powers had not yet reached their peak level.

Bio:
Son of Hugo Danner, the lead character of Philip Wylie's 1930 novel "Gladiator".

Notes:
Created by Roy Thomas in order to fill the role of Superman of Earth-2 in Golden Age stories after Superman was retconned out of existence post-Crisis on Infinite Earths.
