She is a ruthless fighter who makes great use of nasty, pointy weapons.

Bio:
The school cheer-leader, Cindy Burman, at Blue Valley High, also happened to be the daughter of super-villain the Dragon King, and inevitably became the archenemy of Courtney Whitmore, the Star-Spangled Kid. As such, she became a recent inductee of the Injustice Society.
