Wong-Chu is the "Red Guerrilla Tyrant" who captured Tony Stark in the jungles of south Vietnam. He put both Stark and Professor Yinsen to work making weapons for him but instead they created the Iron Man armor. Later it was revealed that Wong-Chu was a pawn of the Mandarin.
